MY STORY

Katherine Staples works from her studio in Rutland. She completed her BA Design Crafts at De Montfort University where she discovered her love for ceramics. She went on to complete her MA Studio Ceramics at Loughborough University.
6 weeks later she gave birth to her 2nd child. 2 1/2 years later she gave birth to her 3rd child the day after a collaborative 500 piece, 1 month installation was taken down. Phew, it was a busy time!!
Katherine continues making her sculptures whilst teaching others to enjoy working and playing with clay.
